Speed of AI.
Soul of Deveendra Murmu.
A human-AI collaborative media platform delivering evidence-based, privacy-first health technology analysis — every single week.
Who I Am
I'm Deveendra Murmu — a Cybersecurity Professional, health tech analyst, and founder of LifeeCode. My background in cybersecurity gives me a lens that most health tech commentators simply don't have: I understand data privacy, security architecture, and the risks that come with trusting your most sensitive personal data to apps and wearable devices.
That expertise shapes everything I publish. When a new health app launches or a wearable device makes bold claims, I don't just ask "does it work?" — I also ask "is your data safe?" and "what does the evidence actually say?" It's a perspective that's increasingly rare in a space dominated by product hype and sponsored reviews.
LifeeCode is where I bring that perspective to you — curated, concise, and actionable — every week.
The Mission
To help curious, health-conscious individuals navigate the rapidly evolving world of health technology with clarity, confidence, and a healthy dose of scepticism.
The health tech industry is exploding — from wearables that track your every heartbeat to AI-powered diagnostic tools that promise to predict disease before symptoms appear. The innovation is genuinely exciting. But with every breakthrough comes a flood of marketing noise, unvalidated claims, and privacy risks that most people never think to question.
Each week, I cut through that noise to bring you the 5 most important health tech updates — with clear summaries, honest analysis, and a "Why It Matters" section that connects the news directly to your health and quality of life.
What I Cover
Every weekly brief spans five core areas of health technology:
Wearable Health Devices
Smartwatches, fitness trackers, continuous glucose monitors, sleep trackers, and the devices you wear daily to monitor your health in real-time — reviewed for accuracy, not just features.
Medical AI & Diagnostics
FDA approvals, AI-powered diagnostic tools, telemedicine innovations, and medical devices making healthcare more accessible — with honest assessment of what the clinical evidence supports.
Longevity & Biological Age
Biological age tracking, biomarker testing, HRV analysis, and the science of longevity technology — separating validated research from clever marketing.
Mental Health & Cognitive Tech
Apps, devices, and digital therapeutics designed to support mental wellness, manage stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance cognitive performance — evaluated with the same evidence-based rigour.
Privacy & Data Security
The privacy risks hiding inside health apps and wearable devices — who has your data, where it goes, and how to protect yourself. This is where my cybersecurity background makes LifeeCode genuinely different.
The Human-AI Standard
LifeeCode operates on a principle I call the Human-AI Standard: AI amplifies research, but it never replaces human judgment.
Manus AI
Discovers and aggregates the week's most important health tech developments from across the web
NotebookLM
Synthesises research into structured, accessible content for the brief, podcast, and video
Deveendra Murmu
Reviews, verifies, and adds human perspective, cybersecurity context, and editorial judgment to every update
The result is content that has the speed and breadth of AI-powered research, with the accuracy, balance, and personal voice that only a human can provide. Every brief you read, every podcast episode you hear, and every video you watch has been personally reviewed and verified by me before it reaches you.
